Shipping and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY:

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging and must have been purchased from our website. The return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt and will incur a 20% restocking fee. To start your return, please email us and include your Order Number and the reason for the return. Please title your email "Return Authorization Needed."

If your return is not in original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

We will not refund shipping costs on returns.

FINDING ORDER STATUS?

You can check your order status in two ways. First, you can go to our order status page and enter the order number and your last name to search for the order. If you are registered, you can log in and click the Order History link on the My Account page.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. If you are fulfilling orders for customers on other platforms, please be aware of this processing time.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Please note: due to system limitations, our shipping rate structure may be different for orders placed through our website than those placed via emailed Excel template. As we continue to gather data on shipping costs, we may modify our website shipping rates in the future.

For orders placed through our website, our shipping rates and methods are as follows:

CONTINENTAL US SHIPPING ADDRESSES

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders generally ship via UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are available via Excel spreadsheet by emailing customer service.

Shipping is not available for PO box addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.

CANADA SHIPPING RATES

Orders to Canada are no longer supported.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we are not shipping orders to locations outside of the United States. (APO/FPO addresses are supported)

SHIPPING TIMES

Ground shipping methods within the USA (UPS Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Select, USPS Priority Mail) will take anywhere from 1 to 7 days to reach a destination, plus 1 to 2 days processing time.

TRACKING

For orders placed through our website, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as a shipping label is generated for your order in our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for a tracking number to be trackable through the UPS or USPS websites, as the carriers must scan packages first. If you are still unable to track your order after 12 hours of receiving a shipment notification email, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

PACKAGING AND PACKING OF ORDERS

All packing and packaging of orders are done at our discretion. This includes box sizes and weights. This will be done within reason and shipment provider guidelines.

INSURANCE & DAMAGE CLAIMS

All shipments are insured for their full replacement value. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service team to arrange for a replacement.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

To be eligible for a replacement, you must send an email with photos of the damage. The replacement must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. To start your replacement, please email us and include your Order Number and images of the damage. Please title your email "Replacement Needed." Once we receive your request for a replacement, we will send you an email to notify you that the request has been received. If the request is approved, we will supply you with the order number in our system for reference.

If we are out of inventory on an item that is eligible for replacement, we will refund your order in full.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE THE ORDER?

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, a change fee will be applicable, with a minimum charge of $17. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to facilitate this change.
